The subject line of your email must be written exactly as follows:

My submission to the ASPF 2026 – Name surname

Do not modify the subject line in any way. This allows us to correctly identify and process your submission.

Important – Read Carefully
  • Images must be submitted at a maximum width of 1500px.
  • Files that do not meet the required dimensions will not qualify.
  • You may submit up to three single images for FREE.
  • The submission deadline is the 5th of April.
  • Photos must be taken in 2025 and 2026. Photos shot before 2025 will not be accepted.

We expect to receive a very large number of emails. Any submissions that contain mistakes will only be reviewed close to the submission deadline. This means you may not have enough time to resend corrected files.

Finalist and Exhibition Information

If one or more of your photographs are selected as finalists, a €50 fee per selected image will be required to cover exhibition costs and to proceed to the final stage of the festival, which is the exhibition. The finalist photographs will be exhibited at TAF for the duration of the festival, and the winners will be announced on the final day of the festival from among the exhibited finalists.
